Welcome to Alejue (Pty) Ltd t/a Sable Apparel. These Terms and Conditions (“Ts & Cs”) explain how we sell and deliver our clothing online. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Ts & Cs. Please read them carefully.

2. Our Products

  • We do our best to show and describe our products accurately. However, colours and details may look slightly different depending on your screen.
  • If an item is out of stock, we’ll let you know and either refund you or suggest an alternative.

3. Prices

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT (unless stated otherwise).
  • Prices may change from time to time, but once you’ve placed an order and paid, the price will stay the same for that order.

4. Orders and Payments

  • We accept payment via: credit card, debit card, EFT, Ihkoka.
  • Your order is confirmed once payment has cleared.
  • All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

5. Delivery

  • We deliver across South Africa using reliable couriers.
  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery costs will be shown at checkout.
  • Once delivered, the responsibility for the goods passes to you.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • We want you to love your purchase. If not, here’s how returns work:

    • You may return items within 7 days of receiving them (as per the Consumer Protection Act).
    • Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags/packaging, and proof of purchase.
    • We cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or customized/personalized clothing.
    • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days once we receive the returned item.
    • If the product is defective or not what you ordered, we’ll cover return costs. Otherwise, you cover the return shipping.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and comply with POPIA.

    • We collect your personal details (name, contact, address, payment info) only to process your order.
    • We keep your data safe and will never sell or share it with third parties, except for couriers or payment providers needed to fulfil your order.
    • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (logos, text, images, product designs) belongs to Alejue (Pty) Ltd t/a Sable Apparel. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our permission.

9. Our Responsibility

  • If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the value of the product you purchased.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by delivery delays, internet issues, or events outside our control.

10. Disputes

  • These Ts & Cs are governed by South African law.
  • If there’s a dispute, please contact us first to resolve it.
  • If we can’t resolve it, the matter may go to mediation or arbitration before any legal action.

11. Changes to These Ts & Cs

  • We may update these Ts & Cs from time to time. Updates take effect immediately when published on our website.

    Our PAIA Manual, published in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, is available on request.
