Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Alejue (Pty) Ltd t/a Sable Apparel, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver anywhere in South Africa.
  • If you live in a remote or outlying area, delivery may take a little longer.
  • Unfortunately, we don’t deliver outside South Africa at this stage (unless agreed separately).

2. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days after payment is received.
  • Deliveries to main cities are usually faster. Remote areas may take longer.
  • We’ll let you know if there are any unexpected delays.

3. Delivery Costs

  • Delivery costs will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions — keep an eye out!

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel online.

5. Receiving Your Order

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery at the address you provide.
  • If no one is available, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange collection.

6. Risk & Ownership

  1. The risk of loss or damage passes on to you once your order is delivered to your address.
  2. If the parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assist.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

  • Sometimes delays may happen due to strikes, weather, or courier backlogs.
  • We’ll do our best to keep you updated, but we can’t be held responsible for delays outside our control.
