Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Alejue (Pty) Ltd t/a Sable Apparel. If something isn’t right, don’t worry — we’re here to help.

1. Easy Returns

  • You may return your items within 7 days of receiving your order (as per the CPA’s cooling-off period for online shopping).
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and still in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt) is required.

2. Items We Can’t Take Back

For hygiene and safety reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on:

    • Underwear and lingerie.
    • Swimwear.
    • Custom-made or personalized items.

3. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we’ll refund you within 14 working days after receiving the items back.
  • Refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
  • If the product is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the courier costs. Otherwise, the cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

4. Exchanges

  • We don’t offer exchanges.

5. Defective or Wrong Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund — at no cost to you.

6. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@sableapparel.co.za with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
  2. We’ll send you instructions and arrange collection/delivery.
  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
