Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Alejue (Pty) Ltd t/a Sable Apparel, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Delivery Areas
- We deliver anywhere in South Africa.
- If you live in a remote or outlying area, delivery may take a little longer.
- Unfortunately, we don’t deliver outside South Africa at this stage (unless agreed separately).
2. Delivery Times
- Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days after payment is received.
- Deliveries to main cities are usually faster. Remote areas may take longer.
- We’ll let you know if there are any unexpected delays.
3. Delivery Costs
- Delivery costs will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
- From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions — keep an eye out!
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel online.
5. Receiving Your Order
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery at the address you provide.
- If no one is available, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange collection.
6. Risk & Ownership
- The risk of loss or damage passes on to you once your order is delivered to your address.
- If the parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assist.
7. Delays Beyond Our Control
- Sometimes delays may happen due to strikes, weather, or courier backlogs.
- We’ll do our best to keep you updated, but we can’t be held responsible for delays outside our control.
